This Memorandum of Understanding reflects a shared intention to explore collaboration between:

Useful Arts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the creative community as artificial intelligence reshapes how creative work is produced, valued, and distributed,

and

The Undersigned Participant or Organization (“Participant”).

Purpose

The purpose of this Memorandum is to signal mutual interest in exploring initiatives that support the creative workforce, advance responsible uses of artificial intelligence, and strengthen the human dimension of leadership and cultural production.

Areas of Potential Collaboration Participants may indicate interest in one or more of the following areas:

Advancing AI Transparency in Creative Work

Social Impact Programs for the Creative Community

Research and Policy on AI's Impact on Creative Content

Funding, Grants, and Donations for Initiatives Mentioned

Government Collaboration
