You will help identify and contact AI companies, invite them to participate in our training series, work with them to structure content in a standardized format, and help edit scripts or recordings for publishing.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys building relationships with new AI start-ups, organizing projects, and translating technical information into clear, creative-friendly learning content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explain Useful Arts’ mission, CAUD initiative, and our expectations for ethical and transparent AI education

  • Collaborate with company representatives to develop training sessions in a consistent format (for example: overview, use cases for creatives, demo, creative rights and transparency considerations, Q&A)

  • Support script development, slide outlines, and talking points to keep content clear, practical, and on-mission, ensuring that the content is factual and unbiased

  • Coordinate logistics for recordings or live sessions and manage a content calendar

  • Review and lightly edit recorded content, transcripts, or summary articles for clarity and consistency

  • Work with the website and social media volunteers to publish and promote the training sessions

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and comfort reaching out to external partners

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Interest in generative AI, creative tools, and digital education

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into audience-friendly language

  • Experience with video content, webinars, or course design is a plus but not required

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and simple project tracking tools (Sheets, Notion, etc.)

Commitment & Benefits

  • Approximately 5–8 hours per week

  • Minimum 4–6 month commitment preferred

  • Fully remote with flexible schedule

What you’ll gain

  • Hands-on experience in program development at the intersection of AI and the arts

  • Exposure to AI companies, product teams, and creators

  • A chance to shape practical training content that directly supports creative workers

  • Professional references and volunteer hours verification upon request
